Facility Manager (Italy & Central Europe)

As we continue to expand in Southern and Central Europe, we are looking for our first local Facility Manager to support our growing store network across Italy, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.
This is a unique opportunity to join us at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in building and managing our facility operations across multiple markets.

Your responsibilities
Build and manage a strong local network of facility suppliers, including contract negotiation and vendor selection to ensure high service quality and cost efficiency
Oversee all facility operations across stores (maintenance, health & safety, cleaning, etc.), ensuring compliance with local regulations and documentation requirements
Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities and technical interventions, ensuring timely resolution of issues reported by Store Managers
Collaborate closely with the Establishment and Maintenance teams at our Danish headquarters

Requirements
Proven experience as a Facility Coordinator or Facility Manager within retail, FMCG (GDO), or a construction environment
Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with external suppliers
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and countries
Ability to manage multiple priorities and make quick, effective decisions
Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel across assigned countries as needed

Position details
Permanent, full-time position
Location: Milan (Italy) with regular travel
Start date: As soon as possible

The gross annual salary (RAL) is starting at € 45.000
